Ordering.
1. Our acceptance of an order takes place when the card/s have been posted.
2. We may refuse to accept an order due to any of the following a) where goods are not available. b) if there has been a pricing or product description error.
3. You accept orders can take 5-7 days to be made and dispatched at busy times.
4. We will send you an automated order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
5. Please note colours may vary slightly to the image shown. Embellishments and background papers may differ to image shown due to stock but will be in keeping with the design of the card. Also all stock is cut by hand.
6. Please note we post to the UK only.
7. Postage is a flat rate of £2.50 per order, sent by 2nd class large letter.
Cancellation/Returns
If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch please contact us: purplerose11uk@gmail.com
Returns within 7 days of purchase.
If you are returning a card due to a mistake, we will pay the return postage by adding it to the refund, but if you are returning it due to changing your mind then we will not cover postage.
Refund will be given on receipt of item or next working day or exchange of another card for the same cost.

Please include your name and order number and we will advise you where to return the item.
Please get a Certificate of Posting/or signed for, from the post office, the item will remain your responsibility until we have received it, we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post.
Returns must be in it’s original condition.

All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices of products at any time and whilst postage is free, reserve the right to start charging postage at any time.
